Anomali Detect 2016 is the first industry-wide gathering of cybersecurity experts focused on the topic "Where Security Meets Intelligence." The event includes educational training, speaking sessions, customer presentations and networking around one of the hottest topics in the industry today -- threat intelligence.

Attendees have the opportunity to earn CPE credits by taking part in more than 25 hours of education and training on today's most compelling, relevant threat intelligence topics. More than 20 breakout educational sessions designed for all levels of experience will be provided by Anomali researchers, Microsoft, Digital Shadows, Optiv, GuidePoint Security and SecureWorks.

Anomali Detect 2016 also features compelling presentations from industry leaders highlighting real-world threat intelligence big data issues and solutions to mitigate breaches:

He received worldwide recognition for his comprehensive analysis of the Stuxnet malware and is considered a leading global expert on cyber security.

  • Eric O'Neill, attorney, security consultant and professional speaker: In 2001, Eric helped capture the most notorious spy in United States history: Robert Hanssen, a 25-year veteran of the FBI. Eric began his career in the FBI as a "Ghost" -- an undercover field operative tasked to surveil and monitor foreign, national, and domestic terrorists and spies. During the Hanssen investigation, Eric worked directly undercover with the spy within the FBI's Information Assurance Division -- created to protect all classified FBI intelligence.
