Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the "Company") announces that further to the offer for subscription by the Company for new ordinary shares (the "Offer") to raise up to £40 million in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 tax years, as set out in a prospectus dated 2 November 2015, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 6 July 2016, the Board of the Company declares that the Offer is now fully subscribed and closed with effect from 5:00pm on 8 September 2016 in respect of new applications.
