Draft Offering Document Related to Terminated Altice Exchange Offer for SFR Group Shares
Amsterdam, 5 October 2016 - Following the decision of the French securities regulator yesterday to oppose the public exchange offer for SFR Group, Altice announces that it is posting on its website the respective draft offering document. Although the public offer is now terminated, the draft offering document as filed with the AMF on 3 October includes some additional information.
