”According to S.29 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act, it is announced that on 2 November 2016 BRFholding A/S, business registration number (CVR) 13409730, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, sold 950,400 shares of DKK 10, corresponding to 1% of the share capital of Jyske Bank A/S.
Following the sale, BRFholding A/S now holds 22,809,600 shares in Jyske Bank A/S of DKK 10, corresponding to 24% of the total share capital. As the shares are subject to voting-right restrictions, the sale does not affect the number of BRFholding A/S' voting rights. BRFFonden, business registration number (CVR) 60720428, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, owns 100% of the share capital and the voting rights in BRFholding A/S.
