Vectra Networks appoints security industry executive Kevin Moore to lead worldwide sales


SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 8, 2016) - Vectra® Networks, the leader in automated threat management, today announced that Kevin Moore, a noted sales veteran in the security industry, was appointed senior vice president of worldwide sales. In this role, he is responsible for all direct and channel sales globally.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Moore brings nearly two decades of sales and sales operations experience to his new position at Vectra, having spent 13 successful years at cloud-based security-as-a-service firm Proofpoint, from its first product shipment to post-IPO.

Before Vectra, Moore was vice president of sales at Proofpoint, where he was most recently responsible for global strategic accounts, as well as leading its global sales expansion efforts into the Asia-Pacific theater. Prior to that role, Moore served as the vice president of North America field sales at Proofpoint and previously director of U.S. regional sales and director of corporate sales at Proofpoint.
