MEDIA ADVISORY: Fraser Institute's ranking of Ontario elementary schools coming Sunday, Dec. 4

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 03, 2016) - On Sunday, Dec. 4, the Fraser Institute will release the Report Card on Ontario's Elementary Schools, 2016, the go-to source for measuring school performance.

It provides parents with information they can't easily get anywhere else by ranking more 2,900 Ontario elementary schools, based on nine academic indicators derived from provincewide test results.

This year's Report Card also spotlights which schools have the best scores in mathematics, despite an overall decline in math performance across the province.

A news release with additional information will be issued via Marketwired on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 5:30 a.m. Eastern.

The complete results for all 2,900 elementary schools will also be available at www.compareschoolrankings.org.
