CheckPeople Announces National Scholarship Essay Contest

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 4, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CheckPeople, specialists in providing easy access to public records, today announced an essay scholarship contest to support students in their educational endeavors.

The selected essay winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be used for tuition and books. The scholarship will be awarded once per year during the fall semester. The essay topic that the students are asked to write about is "How finding a lost loved one would or has impacted your life."

Applicants are required to be currently enrolled in an accredited US university or college. In order to be considered, applicants must submit an essay of at least 600 words.

The essay submission deadline is 12 am EST June 1st. Essays will then be reviewed by the CheckPeople.com scholarship committee and the winner will be announced on the CheckPeople website on August 1st. The winner will also be notified via email.
