The analysts were highly ranked in two categories: stock recommendation performance relative to specific industry benchmarks (“Stock Pickers”) and accuracy in forecasting earnings as compared with peers (“Earnings Estimators”). About Barry Sine, CFA, CMT
Sine oversees equity research with a focus on technical analysis and telecommunications services. Ranked a top analyst by the financial press several times throughout the past decade, he has managed start-up research operations for a number of firms and worked at some of the leading US investment banks. Prior to joining Drexel Hamilton he worked at CapStone Investments, where he ran the firm’s equity research business beginning in 2008 and ultimately grew it to 17 analysts with 24 institutional sales people. Skibitski is the lead aerospace and defense analyst at Drexel Hamilton. He has 17 years of experience following the defense industry in various capacities, beginning at trade newsletter Inside the Navy in 1998. He also worked for the Washington, D.C. consulting firm DFI International (now Avascent) from 2000-2003, conducting budgetary, strategic, and price-to-win analysis for leading defense firms. Skibitski entered equity research in 2003 as associate analyst at Wachovia before moving to Credit Suisse in 2005, where he helped launch coverage of the federal IT sector. He also served as the lead aerospace and defense analyst for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2010-2012 before joining Drexel Hamilton. Skibitski finished first in the 2014 Thomson Reuters/Starmine aerospace and defense stock picker program.
