Nordlys AB (publ) has on 30 June 2017 completed the sale of all shares in Galliaden Holding AB (publ) to Hemfosa Sverige AB. The Bondholders have consented to the sale and transfer of the Bonds to Galliaden Holding AB in accordance with a written procedure. In connection with such transfer of the Bonds Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) has issued a guarantee as for its own debt for the full and punctual payment of the bond in favour of the bondholders. Galliaden Holding AB has, accordingly, replaced Nordlys AB (publ) as the issuer of the Bonds and the Bonds will, as fr.o.m. 3 July will be traded under the full name Galliaden 01 with short name GALL 01 at Nasdaq Stockholm.
