GRAIL Appoints Chairman Bill Rastetter to Chief Executive Officer

MENLO PARK, Calif., Aug. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GRAIL, Inc., a life sciences company whose mission is to detect cancer early when it can be cured, today announced leadership changes to support the company’s next phase of growth as it moves towards commercialization of early detection products. Bill Rastetter, chairman of the board of directors, has been named chief executive officer.  Founding chief executive officer, Jeff Huber, has been appointed vice chairman of the board of directors, a role in which he will continue to provide his expertise on the intersection between life sciences and computer science.  The company also announced that Ken Drazan has been promoted to president.
