Today, Vestjysk Bank has received the attached announcement (in Danish) from Nykredit Realkredit A/S, which is disclosed in accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act.
According to the attached announcement, Nykredit Realkredit A/S, which is owned 100 % by Nykredit A/S, which shares are owned 89.8 % by Forenet Kredit f.m.b.a., owns approx. 13.97 % of the share capital and voting rights in Vestjysk Bank A/S as of today’s date.
