CCU’s mission is to streamline their procurement procedures, improve compliance, and create cost savings to further transform their procurement process.

CCU will utilize TSM to improve invoice-to-payment cycle times, strengthen vendor risk management procedures, and create a user-friendly electronic process for new vendors to register with CCU and for existing vendors to provide updated information.
