The Valley Management Group on the Rise

Tempe, AZ, Jan. 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ringing in the New Year at The Valley Management Group means new leaders and new opportunity! In October the team welcomed new managers Maurice Copeland and Kurt Zellner. Maurice Copeland is helping grow the team into new uncharted territory, while Kurt Zellner is in the process of expanding the office into Southern Arizona. Market Manager, Kurtis Spahr, said, “We currently oversee marketing and promotional operations for 4 multimillion dollar clients, and with the help of Kurt and Maurice, we plan to obtain at least 3 more in the coming months.”

Kurtis was also excited to announce their recent expansion across the Seven hills into Cincinnati, Ohio! Assistant manager Eydmar Angulo, Account Managers Andrew Harris, and Miguel Almaraz left their warm office in Tempe, Arizona, and headed to the Midwest to work with one of their newest clients in the energy sector. Kurt said, “Our team is excited to watch all the potential growth we are projected for 2018.”

With their expansion in full gear The Valley Management team focuses heavily on their 3 company core values: giving back, quality, and passion. We believe in giving back positively to our communities and our environment, quality in what we do, and passion in all we do. “We are continuously moving forward, innovating, and improving.” explains Human Resource Manager Jessie Kohler.

Giving back being first on the list, Spahrs’ team set to work serving two charity events over the last few months. Over the Fall season, The Valley Management Group worked endlessly at The Salvation Army, helping sort stocking stuffers for the less fortunate for Christmas. Then in November, the team served with one of their favorite non-profit organizations, “Feed our Starving Children.” There they packed 264 boxes, which totaled 57,024 meals; enough to feed 156 Children for a year in Thailand. Manager Maurice stated, “I truly feel humbled that our company has the opportunity to give back to such great charities. They are excited to help at their next event coming in February!

At The Valley Management Group, the team shares a commitment to quality. They believe quality is key to great team performance. The office completes monthly anonymous questionnaires asking a simple question: Are you committed to quality? We are proud to say we are never disappointed with the feedback. Without a doubt, their team exudes a natural, human tendency to think highly of the work they produce.

Our last core value is passion. Kurtis explains, “You’ll notice the value isn’t just ‘passion’, it’s ‘passion in all we do.’ It’s not that we don’t have tasks or days we don’t like; it’s that ultimately, if passion fades, so does work ethic.  When an individual can do great work that they enjoy, passion is inevitable.  We believe passion can be sustained within a business and that it can be the difference between just a job, and a career they love.”

The Valley Management Group is projected for big expansion coming this 2018 year and they plan on abiding by the 3 core values that will lead to their continued success.
