HighPoint Global Names New Chief Human Resources Officer


Reston, VA, Feb. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HighPoint Global®, the citizen experience companyTM, today announced the appointment of Kristen Mullins to its executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Mullins will lead HighPoint’s continual efforts to build an elite team of citizen experience professionals. Mullins will be responsible for directing all people functions of the organization including compensation, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.

Mullins is an industry veteran, with 17 years of experience in government contracting organizations. She most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Oceus Networks. She has also held senior-level human resources roles at Grant Thornton LLP and BTG, Inc.

Mullins is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Global Remuneration Professional, Certified Compensation Professional, and Global Professional in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
