Semtech’s Optical Networking Products Showcasing at OFC 2018

1 Gbps to 400 Gbps optical networking solutions for the high-growth datacenter, access and wireless markets


CAMARILLO, Calif., March 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq:SMTC), a leading supplier of high performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms, today announced it will demonstrate its comprehensive platform of optical IC products that support high-speed data transmission at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC) 2018 from March 13-15 at the San Diego Convention Center.

Semtech’s Signal Integrity Products Group will highlight 56Gbd and 28Gbd PAM4 solutions, ClearEdge® CDRs, single and multi-channel products, and passive optical network (PON) or Fiber to the X (FTTX). These products add to Semtech’s comprehensive optical IC portfolio ranging from 1 Gbps to 400 Gbps data rates for a broad field of end-user applications, such as Cloud-based storage, FTTX communication and mobile communications networks.
