Family Office Exchange Announces Two Events for Family Members

New FOX Rising Gen to Create Community for the Next Generation

CHICAGO, March 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Family Office Exchange (FOX), a global learning and networking community of enterprise families and their key advisors will offer two events in April exclusively for family members. The annual FOX Global Owners Forum takes place in Chicago on April 19 and 20 and the new FOX Rising Gen takes place in Chicago on April 20 and 21.

The FOX Rising Gen™

“With the FOX Rising Gen, we are creating a new community of young adults in their 20s and 30s who are the next generation of business-owning and financial families,” said Heather Abramson, Senior Relationship Manager at FOX. “They are facing issues regarding living with wealth, finding their adult role in the family or family business, and integrating a spouse or partner into the broader family structure. This group will provide them with a network of like-minded peers with whom to share their questions and experiences.”

Sessions will include “Money and Relationships,” “Unlocking New Philanthropic Solutions Through Design Thinking,” the Advisory Board of FOX Rising Gen discussing their life stories, and round-table discussions involving dynamics in the family business, managing generational differences, sibling/cousin concerns, spouse/in-law’s involvement, and next gen preparation for leadership.

FOX Global Owners Forum

“Each year, FOX gathers the family members for a Forum focused on their concerns and their long-range vision for their family enterprise,” said Amy Hart Clyne, Executive Director of Family Office Exchange. “It is a place where owners can be together with their true peers in an energizing learning and sharing environment.”

The FOX Global Owners Forum will identify best practices in a number of areas, illustrated by families narrating their own case stories. Topics include family enterprise strategy and leadership development, making a difference in business, philanthropy, and society, and a round-table discussion on family learning with leading educators.
