IMARC Research Promotes Four New Team Members

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio, May 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IMARC, a leading clinical research organization, is proud to announce the promotions of four team members.

Kelly Schindelholz was promoted to Director of Clinical Monitoring Services. Continually demonstrating herself capable of making decisions on behalf of the department, Kelly is skilled at managing staff, working with clients and demonstrates problem-solving flexibility. The promotion will streamline work processes in the department and keep CRAs working efficiently as Kelly collaborates with clients to ensure services are delivered with the high quality IMARC expects. She will continue to employ strategic vision and creative approaches as the department—and company—grows.

Bradley (Brad) Lieberman has been made Manager of Clinical Monitoring Services. Brad has demonstrated technical expertise in his CRA work, as well as superior problem-solving ability. He is well-respected by management and peers in his approach to monitoring work and has shown a passion for training and mentoring. Because he will now focus on mentoring newer CRAs, he can pass along his deep knowledge of the field. Sharing his knowledge will allow IMARC to continue providing high quality monitoring work as IMARC’s staff grows.

James (Jim) Moat is now serving as the Director of Minneapolis Operations as well as Senior Clinical Research Specialist. Initially hired to manage the Minneapolis office, the company’s growth has created a need for a broader mandate for James. As he continues playing a strong role in onboarding staff in Minnesota, Jim will also ensure IMARC’s culture and quality are maintained across offices. With 28 years of technical expertise spanning all the company’s service offerings, this opportunity will allow Jim more time to interface with all IMARC’s clinical departments as he maintains and creates new relationships in the region.

Cindy Kozik has been promoted to Director of Human Resources for her timely mastery of the world of clinical research and her ability to screen for the best professionals in the field. Her efficient work, strong “voice” for the staff at IMARC and superior communication skills with management supported the promotion, which will allow her to continue refining HR processes and maintaining a strong workplace environment for all IMARC’s employees. Cindy’s work to recruit and retain top talent will benefit IMARC’s clients by ensuring they continue to have low turnover and the most competent staff in the industry.

IMARC CEO Sandra Maddock said the promotions will give these professionals greater authority to implement IMARC’s comprehensive, risk-based oversight, which ensures compliance at every stage in its clients’ clinical trials.

“We are happy to announce these promotions and know they will help the company continue its work on behalf of our clients,” she said.  “IMARC has been a trusted source for running well-controlled clinical trials for nearly two decades, and these staff changes will ensure that we continue to produce high quality work.”
