Rocky Mountain High Brands Provides Company Updates

DALLAS, May 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTCQB:RMHB), a fully reporting consumer goods company specializing in brand development of healthy, hemp-infused food and beverage products and a naturally high-alkaline spring water, today announced an update from Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc., on several items.

By topic, Mr. Welch reported: “Last week, we were alerted to potential vulnerabilities in our new website for our HEMPd product line.  In an abundance of caution, we took our website down and engaged a next generation cyber security firm to conduct a review of our website and evaluate our security. They have successfully concluded their review and was brought back up yesterday afternoon.  Our products were still available on Amazon and EBAY during the down time. We apologize to our HEMPd customers for any inconvenience this caused.”

Form 10-Q Filing.  “The work performed by the cyber security firm required temporarily shutting down our own internal office network during their evaluation. Due to their work, we may have to file an extension later today on the first quarter Form 10-Q and file it late.”

Eagle Spirit Spring Water.  “By early June, Eagle Spirit Spring Water will be available in all nine locations of Central Market, a specialty chain owned and operated by Texas-based HEB Supermarket Company. Central Market will carry Eagle Spirit Spring Water in the current 16.9 oz. bottles, the 10-liter water in-a-box containers, and a new 1-liter bottle.”

KeHE.  “We recently signed a distribution agreement with KeHE, a national distribution firm, to distribute Eagle Spirit Spring Water. KeHE will give us access to national food chains, food services locations (universities, corporate locations, hospitals, etc.), and all natural food stores, just to name a few.  It will also give us the ability to expand the number of Akin’s Natural Foods Markets and Chamberlin’s Natural Foods that currently sell Eagle Spirit Spring Water.”

Master Manufacturing Agreement. “We had a status conference call yesterday with CBD Alimentos SA de CV (“CBD”) and the brokerage firm who represented CBD in the transaction with RMHB.  We are moving forward with our contract despite recent delays encountered due to the upcoming Mexican election on July 1, 2018.  The revised schedule calls for the purchase order to be submitted to RMHB after the election. In the meantime, a meeting will be scheduled with CBD’s representatives in our corporate office in early June, to be followed by a meeting in CBD’s office in Mexico City in late June.  CBD has asked for a presentation of other hemp-derived products, which they can introduce to the Mexico market. These visits will be documented by videos that will be released upon approval from CBD. This will help document our evolution into a more internationally focused company.  We will keep you posted as we move closer to revenue from this agreement.”
