Peigan, and Clark Swanson.

DR. TERRY MAH

Terry Mah is the Founder and CEO of Chicago-based The Malabar Group, which provides advisory services for adapting to change, generating growth, and innovating to manage environmental and resource challenges, and is also the Founder of TerraFin Partners, a platform for the development of land-based aquaculture, addressing the challenges of sustainability and food security.  From 1997 to 2016, he had executive roles with Veolia, a global leader in environmental and resource management services, managing growth in both small and large business units across the globe, including serving as the CEO for Veolia North America’s $2.2 billion business. Dr. Mah holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Microbiology.

CHIEF MATTHEW T. PEIGAN

Chief Peigan was first elected in 1993 as Chief for the Pasqua First Nation in Saskatchewan at age 26, and at the time was the youngest serving Chief in Canada.  He is currently serving a fourth consecutive term, was acclaimed in the last two elections, and carries a very strong mandate to attract technology innovation and business development as leader for his people.  Chief Peigan and his council have also been actively involved in high profile negotiations with regulatory and government entities.

CLARK SWANSON

Mr. Swanson is Vice Chairman of Flavocure Biotech, Inc., a leading drug development and oncology research company focused on phytopharmaceuticals from cannabis. He also co-founded and served as President & CEO of Blackline Safety Corp., a global developer and manufacturer of gas detection and monitoring instruments, listed on the TSX-V. During his tenure the company raised over $60 million and achieved market value exceeding $250 million. Mr. Swanson has served as a trusted adviser and investor to several private and public companies in various sectors. Mr. Swanson holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business & Management.

About Atlas Biotechnologies Inc. and Atlas Growers Ltd.

Atlas is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and its wholly owned subsidiary, Atlas Growers Ltd., has recently received its Cultivation and Production licenses for the initial purpose-built 38,000 square foot Atlas facility.
