SignNow announces the release of an integrated e-signature solution for Autodesk BIM 360

SignNow e-signatures come together with the Autodesk BIM 360 environment for greater efficiency in construction project delivery.

SANTA CRUZ, CALIF., Nov. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SignNow, an award-winning e-signature solution, announces a strategic partnership integration with Autodesk BIM 360, a complex platform designed to improve construction project delivery in real time.

Autodesk BIM 360 has been brought to market with the goal of connecting people, data and workflows for more efficient decision-making and improved collaboration. The integration of SignNow gives users a tremendous time-saving advantage with direct access to their SignNow Documents and Templates folder within their Autodesk BIM 360 account.

Now all project managers using this integration can easily e-sign and send for e-signing their contracts and subcontractor agreements and then track the multilateral e-signature process in real time.

“When developing this integration, our main idea was to incorporate e-signing at any stage of project development a manager might need to”, says Ken Grohe, President at SignNow. “And we most definitely reached this goal. Now any PM using Autodesk BIM 360 can easily proceed with e-signing proposals, change orders, engineering seals, RFIs and what else, all without leaving the Autodesk environment”.

“Contractual signatures are a huge part of the whole cost management workflow. After some initial requirements discussions with one of our first BIM 360 Cost Management customers, Charles Perry Partners Inc (CPPI), we were thrilled to make SignNow our first electronic signature integration, and just in time for our initial limited release!”, Ian Turner, Product Manager at Autodesk.

Charles Perry Partners, Inc (CPPI) is excited for the integration of these two powerful products. “When we were looking for a workflow solution, we wanted to find a business partner with a flexible API that would be easy to integrate with any solution CPPI may choose. By selecting SignNow, we were able to maintain the high levels of security and controls that AutoDesk and Egnyte provide with our newly automated mobile processes. It is great to provide a superior tool that our field teams enjoy using. SignNow makes their world more efficient and more customer-centric.", said Brad Buckles, Director of Technology at CPPI.

The integration of SignNow with Autodesk BIM 360 is targeted at saving time and raising the overall efficiency of construction project management. “In simple terms, you just don’t need to be logged in on both apps and your email at the same time. This integration allows managers to perform any vital business operation while staying on the same page, literary. Moreover, our integration guarantees instant synchronization of both your accounts which means once a document has been e-signed, you will automatically have it saved securely in both Autodesk BIM 360 and SignNow, for any future use”, says Grohe.
