Zappos Brings Jobs, Customer Service Culture to New Louisville Fulfillment Center and Outlet Relocation


LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zappos.com, the customer service company that just happens to sell shoes, clothing, and more online, is opening a 325,000-square-foot fulfillment center and retail outlet at 9101 Minor Lane in Louisville, Ky. which will grow the company by more than 100 new employees (Zapponians) over the next two years.

The redesigned and rebranded retail space will now be called The Outlet: Powered By Zappos and offer an environment for customers to experience Zappos’ WOW service and amazing variety of products in person. Additionally, the new fulfillment center will allow the brand to impact the customer experience starting at the warehouse - something y’all haven’t seen from Zappos in a long time!

In celebration, Zappos is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration on Friday, April 12. Ceremonies will commence at 12:00PM and the first 10 customers in line will be granted access to an exclusive stockroom full of WOW-inducing products. The festivities will include local food trucks, complimentary champagne and beverages, and an additional 30% off purchase total on top of discounts as high as 70% off MSRP.
