Mark Ward named president of Iverify


CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Iverify, a leading provider of life-safety and property protection solutions to companies throughout North America, has named Mark J. Ward president, effective immediately.

Mr. Ward brings extensive experience to Iverify, having led the growth of several large organizations that provide operational risk, compliance and other software and related solutions to business. Before joining Iverify, he was general manager of UL’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Division, where he had global P&L responsibility for a SaaS solutions business recognized by analysts as a top-tier service provider. Prior to that, he led a variety of business units focused on innovation and client service, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, IBM and Parmetric Technologies Europe.
