OYEP has been facilitating education, training and work opportunities to over 500 Indigenous youth from 103 communities across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Nunavut since 2000. We’re proud to celebrate the successful conclusion of our 20th year of delivery.

OYEP is a local, community-driven initiative operated by Outland which works towards equity and opportunity for Indigenous youth through education, training and work opportunities. Youth are fully immersed in a natural resource-based work culture, including safety training, time management, remote and rotational work schedules and work-life balance.

Select members of the OYEP delivery team will be available for media interviews. Photo opportunities will be made available as time permits.
