(OTCQB: ENDV) ("Endonovo" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the reduction of current liabilities and restructuring of the balance sheet through the approved modification of the terms of the Preferred C shares. Through the amended terms in the Amended and Restated Certificate of Designation of the Series C Secured Redeemable Preferred Stock.
