(TSX.V:OIII) ("O3 Mining" or the "Corporation") announces that today it has granted to certain officers, directors, employees and/or consultants of the Corporation (i) an aggregate of 1,370,000 options to acquire common shares of the Corporation ("Options"), and (ii) an aggregate of 150,000 restricted share units of the Corporation ("RSUs"). The Options have an exercise price of $2.50 per share, have a five-year term from the date of grant, and vest annually in equal thirds beginning on the first anniversary of the date of grant. The RSUs are subject to a three-year cliff vesting period from the date of grant.
