(Nasdaq: CLSK), a diversified software and intelligent energy services company, is pleased to announce that it has executed multiple contracts with long term customers which will result in excess of $1,100,000 in annual revenue. The services will be rendered by its recently acquired, wholly owned subsidiary, P2kLabs, Inc.
