USA Water is a leading provider of operations and maintenance (“O&M”) services for water and wastewater systems across the Southeast United States. USA Water is the fourteenth company in CNL Strategic Capital’s portfolio. CNL Strategic Capital is co-investing in USA Water alongside an LLCP institutional fund and affiliate of Levine Leichtman Strategic Capital, LLC, the sub-manager of CNL Strategic Capital.
