Siili Solutions’ change negotiations finalized

Siili Solutions Plc has finalized the change negotiations process, announced on 12 August 2025. As the result of the negotiations the personnel reductions will be 37 employees in Siili Solutions Plc and Siili One organization. Originally the estimated personnel reductions were maximum 47 employees.
With the change negotiations process Siili aimed to renew its operational model and organization to be more in line with the Siili Group strategy and customer needs created by the AI transformation. With the change negotiations process Siili also aimed to adjust its competence profile to be in line with the current market situation and strategy announced last year.
Going forward, Siili’s organization will be built around three business lines:
- Siili AI Strategy & Transformation
- Siili Digital Engineering
- Siili Managed Services
With the decided actions Siili estimates a total of EUR 4.1 million annual cost savings by the end of 2026 in comparison to the 2024 level. Non-recurring costs arising from adjustment measures will be recorded in the company’s results for the third quarter of 2025.
The finalized change negotiations and resulting actions do not have an impact on the financial guidance for 2025 given in the financial statements bulletin.
