Executive Fence & Gate has announced an expansion of its service presence across Grand Rapids and West Michigan. Founded in January 2026, the Byron Center contractor provides residential, commercial, industrial and institutional fence and gate services supported by new vehicles, installation equipment and defined leadership roles.
The company was formed after Mike Hoffman and Mike Eaton partnered with Tyler Johnson, whose fencing experience and industry relationships provided its field foundation. The partnership brings together direct fencing knowledge, customer development and operational management.
All three serve as managing partners. Johnson's responsibilities include field supervision, estimating and project booking. Hoffman focuses on sales and customer development, while Eaton manages operations and project coordination. Johnson's background includes approximately 20 years of combined experience across fencing, construction and related project work, including previous experience with one of Michigan's largest fencing companies. His experience spans homes, commercial properties, housing developments, schools, athletic facilities, industrial sites, event venues and custom gate systems.

The partners also established separate responsibilities for estimating, sales, scheduling, operations and field supervision.
