Hydrogiene Announces Marketing Agreement with National Brokers & Distributors, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Calif., Oct. 27, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hydrogiene Corporation (OTCBB:HICS) announced today that the company has recently entered into an agreement with National Brokers & Distributors, Inc. Under terms of the agreement, Hydrogiene will begin to ramp-up over the next four months to begin shipping to National's retail customers upwards of 70,000 to over 140,000 units per month for delivery to the military, hospitals, and major mass retailers throughout the United States.

National Brokers & Dealers, Inc. (formally All Worldwide Marketing, Inc.) has over 35 years experience in working closely with governmental agencies and national retailers. "This relationship is extremely exciting and should prove to be very profitable. If this agreement is fully successful, at the expected $99 per unit in revenue to the Company, then this agreement alone would bring in revenues of $13,860,000 per month," stated Hydrogiene CEO Charles Kallmann.

Hydrogiene has spent the last four years developing its Hydrogiene systems and is now on the verge of entering into a rapid revenue growth period. Hydrogiene manufacturers and markets the Hydrogiene intimate personal care systems that attach to toilet seats thereby converting standard flush or tank top toilets into multi-functional cleansing, water therapy and sitz bath systems for men, women and children. The Company's products designed for use by men, women and children differ from Europe's bidets, which were designed only for women's use and without the requirement for additional plumbing, space requirements and cost.

Hydrogiene is the only product of its kind on the American market at this time providing such multi-functional features and benefits. The Company intends to aggressively build on its name recognition to the point where Intimate Personal Hygiene, Water Therapy and Sitz Bath becomes synonymous with the name "Hydrogiene."

Earlier this year, the Company shipped its initial order to Sears (NYSE:S) as stock inventory for the Sears Home Care Catalog mailed to 1,7 million homes and businesses. Sears re-ordered two and one-half weeks after the first catalog mailings and has placed three subsequent orders. The next step is to place Hydrogiene systems in all 840 Sears retail outlets.

The Company is also pleased to announce the release and availability of its Hydrogiene Corporation OTC Market Research Report. The report can be viewed at the corporate website http://www.hydrogiene.com or a printed copy can be obtained directly from the Hydrogiene world headquarters by calling 1-858-675-8033 or toll free at 1-877-994-9376.
