On July 31, 2000 a total of 53 850 shares in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj have been subscribed with the warrants attached to the Bond Loan with Warrants issued 1998. The subscription price is, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Bond Loan with Warrants, EUR 10,82. The subscription period for the tranche A warrants began on April 1, 2000.
As a result of the subscriptions, the share capital of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj was increased by EUR 53 850. The share capital of Jaakko Pöyry Group is now EUR 13 724 136 and the total number of shares is
13 724 136. The book-value equivalent of one share is EUR 1. The corresponding increase was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on August 7, 2000.
The holders of the shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date, i.e. August 7, 2000 and the shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges as old shares as of August 8, 2000.
