DNO har fått samtykke fra OED om følgende overdragelser:
PL103b (1,25% av Jotun-feltet fra Amerada Hess Norge AS)
PL148 (10% fra BP)
PL203 (15% fra BP)
Samtykkene har normale vilkår omkring skatt, garantier, forsikringer samt at DNO fortsetter oppbyggingen av sin kjernekompetanse, og at DNO tilfredsstiller de helse, miljø og sikkerhetskrav som gjelder på norsk kontinentalsokkel
