231,250 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 231,250 A-shares have been converted into 231,250 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 12 December 2000. After the conversion there are 34,217,297 A-shares and 33,301,124 B-shares in the company.
