Due to exercised employee share options in PhotoCure ASA, the share capital is increased with NOK 12,500 through an issue of 25,000 shares, see also Stock Exchange Notification released 14th December 2000.
The number of outstanding shares registered in The Register of Business Enterprises after this share capital increase is 17,115,000.
