NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- The following was released today by Bull & Lifshitz LLP:

Notice is hereby given that on January 30, 2001, a securities class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against Intrenet Inc. ("Intrenet") (Nasdaq:INETE), and certain officers and directors of the Company on behalf of persons who purchased shares of Intrenet during the period February 19, 1999 and October 13, 2000, inclusive, (the "Class Period").

The complaint alleges that defendants violated the federal securities laws, including Sections 10(b) and 20 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, by making false and misleading statements in press releases, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, among other things, its business, financial condition, earnings and prospects of Intrenet.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on his own behalf and on behalf of purchasers of Intrenet common stock during the Class Period. Plaintiff is represented in this class action by Bull & Lifshitz, LLP, a firm that has extensive experience representing shareholders in class actions.
