30 April: Please refer to the notification sent to Oslo Stock Exchange 23 November 2000, where Orkla informed that 175.200 Orkla-shares were sold from the company to its own employees at a discounted price of NOK 140.80. After this transaction the Orkla Group had a total holding of 7,682,989 shares in Orkla ASA (including 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest).
At this sale an employee received 40 shares more than ordered. These shares have today been transferred back to Orkla, which means that the Orkla Group's total holding of shares in Orkla ASA now is 7,683,029 (including 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest).
