Consolidated turnover for the first quarter 2001

Compagnie Financière Tradition posted another set of strong figures, with consolidated turnover reaching CHF 197.8 million in the first quarter of 2001, a year on year rise of 19%. This represents an increase of 22.9% in constant terms.

These excellent results were favourably impacted by the high volatility that affected interest rate markets, which account for almost 55% of Compagnie Financière Tradition's global operations, and the rapidly expanding energy markets.
