June 28, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) The LUPO Class frigate MARISCAL SUCRE (F-21) sails through the Gulf of Mexico during the ship's first sea trial June 25-27. The ship is undergoing a modernization for the Venezuelan Armada by Northrop Grumman's Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, Miss. Ingalls is also performing similar work on a second LUPO Class ship, ALMIRANTE BRION (F-22), which will be completed later this year.
