Effective Wednesday July 11, 2001, Hydro Magnesium raised the European Producer Price for pure magnesium from Euro 2.22/kg to Euro 2.42/kg.
The adjustment reflects firm pure ingot shipments and low metal availability in Europe.
The magnesium alloy producer price of Euro 2.62/kg remains unchanged.
