133,600 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 133,600 A-shares have been converted into 133,600 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 24 July 2001. After the conversion there are 33,971,917 A-shares and 33,546,504 B-shares in the company.
