(OTCBB:EREX) and Biztracker.com, Inc. have signed a letter of intent to establish a strategic relationship where E-Rex Consulting will integrate and exclusively provide a new online ordering module for Biztracker's POS software system. E-Rex Consulting will also become a value-added reseller for Biztracker and redesign and host the Biztracker.com website.
"Biztracker is one of the fastest growing POS software systems aimed at small and medium sized businesses. We presently have over 140 clients and a network of 90 domestic resellers.
