Micronic Receives Order for Pattern Generator for Advanced Packaging Applications


TABY, Sweden, Feb. 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsborsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the semiconductor and display industries, has received an order for a multi purpose pattern generator, MP80+, for use in advanced packaging from a Japanese customer. Delivery will take place during the second quarter of 2002.
