Northrop Grumman Board Declares Quarterly Dividends


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable March 16, 2002, to shareholders of record March 4, 2002. The board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's Series B convertible preferred stock, payable April 15, 2002, to shareholders of record April 3, 2002.
