Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on March 4, 2002 that as a result of share trades concluded on March 4, 2002 the holding of Corbis Investments S.A., Luxembourg, has increased above 1/4 of the share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.

The exact proportion of voting rights and share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj in possession of Corbis Investments S.A., register number B79329, were as of March 1, 2002, 24.98 per cent, i.e. 3 480 890 shares.

The shareholding of Corbis Investments S.A. is, as of March 4, 2002, 25.06 per cent, i.e. 3 490 890 shares.

The registered share capital of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj comprises a total of 13 932 861 shares, said shares entitling to a total of 13 932 861 votes.
