Zaandam, The Netherlands, March 19, 2002 - Ahold, the international food retailer and foodservice operator, has appointed Annemiek Louwers as Vice President Public Relations, effective March 1, 2002.
For the past seven years Louwers was active as a consultant and interim manager at several Dutch and international companies. Her last appointment was as Interim Group Director at Hill and Knowlton Public Relations in Amsterdam. Louwers started her career at Heineken, where she was spokesperson for more than ten years at the Amsterdam corporate headquarters.
