VPN Files for Name Change to Resource Asset Management Corporation, Elects New Officers


COSTA MESA, Calif., March 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- E. G. Marchi, Vice-President of VPN Communications Corporation (OTCBB:VPNN) today announced that the Board of Directors had elected to change the name of the corporation to Resource Asset Management Corporation in line with the new direction taken by the company in acquiring control of AmeraMex International Inc. In related activity, at a Board meeting held last Wednesday, Directors Ken Gough and Dr. Henry Smith resigned, and the new majority shareholders of VPN, Howard Behling and Charles Layton, were elected to the Board. Mr. Behling was appointed President while Mr. Marchi will continue to serve the corporation as a Director and as Vice-President Secretary/Treasurer.
