HARRISBURG, Pa., April 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Worldwide industrial services and products company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today that its Patent Construction Systems division has been awarded a multi-million-dollar contract to provide scaffolding services at four ExxonMobil petrochemicals plants over the next three years. Contract terms were not disclosed.
The award, made by worldwide engineering, construction and maintenance contractor Kellogg Brown and Root, will support a series of capital expansion and plant maintenance projects at ExxonMobil's Baytown, Texas petrochemicals complex near Houston. Patent Construction Systems will provide scaffolding equipment and on-site erection and dismantling (E & D) services throughout the contract, supported by Patent's proprietary Scaffold Tracker Project Professional(r) software.
