Nokia Networks to further develop operational efficiency of its production plant in Espoo, Finland

Nokia Networks plans to develop the operational efficiency of its production plant in Espoo, Finland. The aim is to align the number of personnel at the plant with current needs.

The personnel needs at the factory has decreased as the production process has been developed and the roles of the different Nokia Networks plants have been further clarified. The Espoo plant concentrates mainly on integration of mobile switches.

By reacting fast to the market demands and by continuously developing operational efficiency, Nokia Networks aims to maintain its leading position among infrastructure suppliers.
