Invitation to Amer Group Plc press conference on 7th May 2002

You are invited to attend a press conference arranged to publish our interim results for the period 1 January to 31 March 2002. The press conference will be held on Tuesday, 7th May 2002 at 2:00 pm at our headquarters in Helsinki (street address Mäkelänkatu 91).
The results will be published approximately an hour earlier the same day, at about 1:00 pm local time. The press conference will be in Finnish.
We have invited representatives of our biggest shareholders, analysts and members of the media.
