Northrop Grumman Cited for Knowledge Management 'Best Practice' by American Productivity and Quality Center


EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 2, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) Integrated Systems sector has been recognized by the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) as a Best Practice Partner for exceptional knowledge management tools and practices.

Knowledge management, a key business strategy for Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems for more than five years, has allowed the enterprise to identify, capture and transfer knowledge so employees can use it to provide better products and services for customers.
